Terms and Conditions

1. The referral amount detailed in this scheme is a gross payment. The referee is responsible for any taxes, as required by law, arising from the provision of the referral bonus.

2. The referee is eligible to receive up to £250 if they refer a Firm (“a Directly Authorised Firm”) who successfully joins The Right DA Club.
3. The referee will be paid after 3 months of the compliance contract being live
4. It is the referee’s responsibility to contact The Right DA Club in order to claim their referral payment.
5. In the event that The Right DA Club is (for whatever reason) unable to procure the indicated incentive, then you will receive a substitute of commensurate value subject to these same terms and conditions.
6. The referee will not be eligible to receive the referral payment under this scheme in the event that the referred person is already on The Right DA Club database at the date of referral or if The Right DA Club have already received their details.
7. The referred person must be notified and have consented to their details being passed to The Right DA Club for this scheme before the date of the referral. This is the responsibility of the referee and is subject to the Data Protection Act 2018. The referee will indemnify The Right DA Club for any loss or claim arising out of the referee’s failure to procure such consent.
8. Firm’s can only be referred to The Right DA Club once. In the event that a Firm is referred to The Right DA Club more than once, only the first person to refer the Firm to The Right DA Club (with the referred person’s permission) will be eligible for a referral payment under this scheme.
9. The referral scheme is available until further notice and can be withdrawn at any time.
10. The amount payable to the referee will be subject to the compliance package the Firm proceeds with and is outlined below:

i. £250 paid to the referee after 3 months of the Ultimate package being live.

ii. £200 paid to the referee after 3 months of the Professional package being live

iii. £100 paid to the referee after 3 months of the Essential package being live.
